RilasSan Fermansia 30 tablets is a food supplement for mental and physical relaxation, which is particularly useful in cases of agitation, tension and irritability linked to everyday situations (work commitments, study, stress) or in particular periods, such as menopause.

How to use :
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the early afternoon

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering aerial parts dry extract titrated at 3.5% vitexin: 240 mg (of which vitexin: 8.4 mg)
GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid): 200 mg
Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) root dry extract titrated at 4% rosavin: 150 mg (of which rosavin: 6 mg)
Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.) dry seed extract titrated at 20% in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP): 150 mg (of which 5-HTP: 30 mg)
Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha auct.) flowers and leaves dry extract titrated at 0.5% in flavonoids: 60 mg (of which flavonoids: 0.30 mg)
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6: 5 mg – 357% NRV*)
