RilasSan Buonanotte 30 tablets is a food supplement based on plant extracts, melatonin and vitamins, useful for promoting relaxation and rest and for supporting the physiological processes that aid sleep
Features :
- Valerian: reduces the time needed to fall asleep and promotes good quality sleep ; has a calming and relaxing effect on the central nervous system
- Californian poppy: also known as Californian poppy, this plant has sedative and hypnotic properties, reduces night-time awakenings by decreasing cardiac activity and promoting relaxation.
- Passionflower: the alkaloids it contains induce a sedative and anxiolytic effect
- Hawthorn: Helps reduce anxiety , agitation and stress , factors that can interfere with rest
- Vitamin B6: contributes to the synthesis of the regulatory hormones melatonin and serotonin
- Melatonin: the hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle , helps the body regain its physiological rhythm, facilitating sleep; also useful in cases of jet lag.
How to use :
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening, half an hour before going to bed.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract titrated at 0.42% valerenic acid: 250 mg (of which valerenic acid: 1.05 mg)
California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) aerial parts dry extract titrated at 0.35% protopine: 250 mg (of which protopine: 0.875 mg)
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) flowering aerial parts dry extract tit.
3.5% vitexin: 200 mg (of which vitexin: 7 mg)
Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha auct.) flowers and leaves dry extract titrated at 0.5% in flavonoids: 150 mg (of which flavonoids: 0.75 mg)
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6: 2 mg – 143% NRV*)
Melatonin: 1 mg
Bulking agent: cellulose, stabilizer: calcium phosphates, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide
